There is a lot of positivity around AI, but there is also some caution: Governments, businesses and individuals are grappling with how we best approach this brave new world in a way that prioritises ethics, economic prosperity, and humanity. We need to actively build trust in AI because of the opportunities AI presents for businesses including growth, enhanced customer experience, increased revenue, and improved decision-making.
